Pearl Health, a leading provider of physician enablement and risk management technology and services, is excited to announce a strategic addition to its leadership team. David Junius, a veteran insurance finance executive, joins Pearl as its Chief Financial Officer. David joins Pearl with more than 25 years of experience at public and private insurance companies managing large risk portfolios.

Before joining Pearl, David was CFO at Cowbell Cyber, a privately-held managing general agent selling cyber insurance to small- and medium-sized enterprises in the U.S. and U.K. Prior to that he was CFO at SiriusPoint, an insurer and reinsurer with operations in the U.S. and Europe, listed on the NYSE.
In addition to these experiences, David spent 20+ years at American International Group in a variety of roles, including CFO, International General Insurance; VP & Treasurer; Head of Capital Strategy; and EVP & CFO, Asia Pacific based in Tokyo. He also worked on mergers & acquisitions and started as a Political Risk Underwriter.
David holds an MBA in Analytical Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MAIA in Russian Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University, and a BA in International Relations from Boston University.
