About the Program

Founded in 2003, the Twilight Wish Foundation is the first national nonprofit dedicated to honoring seniors by granting wishes that enrich lives, foster connections, and inspire hope. Since its founding, the organization has granted thousands of wishes across the United States — each one a reminder that kindness and gratitude have no age limit.

Through this partnership, Pearl Health is funding and fulfilling select wishes submitted through this page.

Wishes may be simple or grand — from reuniting with loved ones, to visiting a meaningful place, to receiving a comfort item that enhances daily life. Every wish is an opportunity to celebrate the people whose generosity, care, and wisdom have shaped their communities.

Nomination Timeline & Fulfillment Process

Nomination Period: Nominations are accepted year-round through this page. Anyone can be nominated — a family member, friend, caregiver, or community member.

Review & Selection: Each nomination is reviewed by Pearl Health in partnership with the Twilight Wish Foundation. In selecting wishes, we consider the nominee’s story and community impact, the nature and feasibility of the wish, and the potential for the wish to bring joy, connection, and comfort.

Notification: If a nomination is selected, the Twilight Wish Foundation will contact the nominator and the nominee (or their family representative) directly to confirm details and coordinate logistics. You’ll receive confirmation once your wish has been reviewed and will be notified again if it moves forward to the final selection stage.

Fulfillment: Once a wish is confirmed, the Twilight Wish Foundation works closely with the recipient, their loved ones, and local partners to plan and fulfill the experience. Pearl Health provides funding and helps highlight the story to celebrate the recipient and inspire others. Most wishes are fulfilled within a few months of final selection, depending on timing, travel, and coordination needs.

Celebrating Wishes: With permission from the recipient and their family, selected wishes may be featured across Pearl Health and Twilight Wish platforms to help share their story and inspire future nominations. Each story is handled with respect, gratitude, and sensitivity to the recipient’s wishes.
